Many liquids flash off at very low temperatures. Any liquid that flashes off at low or high temperature mat be used in the system The system works as gas always remains atop of fluid. Gas pressure above liquid cause that liquid to have pressure same as the gas without any energy loss. By having the gas pressure push the liquid out of the cylinder and on through a hydro turbine which empties into a collector/cooling tank that empties back into the cylinder provides a complete loop. An 82% efficient turbine requires 9 bar fluid flow at one litre per second to produce 720 watts which increases by either flow or pressure. The entire device can be constructed by cut and weld of pipe. Prototype involves a Pelton wheel turbine which sits atop the collector/cooling tank, unlike shown in full blue print of workings.
